Newscoop, the open source content management system for publishers, has a new release available. This version was released to improve articles and comments within the system as well as improving support with PHP 5.4.

Upload audio to the web's best audio sharing service and use it as your sound archive.

We've improved the UI and made it pluggable into services like Disqus.
