Citrix Executive Joins DotNetNuke Corp.’s Board of Directors

Artale joins an already strong and accomplished board that includes Tim Guleri (Managing Director at Sierra Ventures), Vivek Mehra (General Partner at August Capital), Larry Augustin (CEO of SugarCRM), and Chris Cooper (General Partner at Pelion Ventures). Artale formerly served on DotNetNuke Corp.’s Board of Advisors where he provided guidance and insight on future product development and technology adoption issues. As a member of the Board of Directors, Artale will provide strategic and operational oversight and will also be specifically focused on identifying and nurturing partnership and business development opportunities for DotNetNuke Corp. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Artale currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Citrix Systems, a leading provider of virtualization, networking and software-as-a-service (SaaS) technologies, where he is responsible for all aspects of Citrix’s business development with software and hardware technology partners. Previously, Artale was the Vice President of the Windows Solutions Group for VERITAS Software where he oversaw overall product strategy of the Windows targeted solutions.
